This blend taken an hour before bedtime, helps to relax the nervous system, ease away physical and mental tension and encourage sleep

Preparation: measure 1 teaspoon of herbal blend per cup of freshly boiled water into a warmed glass or ceramic teapot. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes before straining into a cup and drinking whilst hot.
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flowers, Californian poppy (Escholzia californica) aerials, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) flowers, lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla) leaf, oat straw (Avena sativa), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) leaves and spearmint (Mentha spicata) aerials.
