Third Eye Chakra – Ajna

The gift of this chakra is seeing: both inner and outer worlds. The energy of Ajna allows us to access our inner guidance that comes from the depths of our being. It allows us to cut through illusion and to access deeper truths – to see beyond the mind, beyond the word.

Organic ingredients

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinale) tips, lavender (Lavendula spp.) flowers, oat straw (Avena sativa),  tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) aerials, blue cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) petals and bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus).

Preparation:

Place 1 heaped tablespoon of Third Eye Chakra tea blend into 600ml capacity pre-warmed ceramic or glass teapot, pour over with freshly boiled pure water. Cover and allow to brew for a few minutes.

Caution: Not to be taken whilst pregnant.
